What is a Super User?

  • A Super User is a moderator. They're a Lüm customer that has shown they have a strong ability to help others.

What can only Super Users do?

  • Edit and delete discussions/comments
  • View reported discussions/comments and make them public
  • Add content to the knowledge base

Why do you need Super Users?

  • They can help when we're not around
  • They give a customer's perspective to our wireless service
  • They can help make the community better

How do I become a Super Users?

  • It's as simple as answering other customer's questions! We hand pick every Super User and will ask those we think are worthy to join our team.
