You may have the contact info wrong in your Address Book.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Can't send/receive texts?</strong></p><ol><li>Make sure you have data or the Talk & Text add-on for sending texts. </li><li>Try making a phone call to make sure you have service.</li><li>Text another number to make sure the problem is happening on your end.<ul><li>If it's only happening with 1 number, delete the conversation and create a new one.</li></ul></li><li>Toggle Airplane mode.</li><li>Restart your phone.</li><li>Check the Discussion threads to see if there's an outage.</li><li>Let the community know and one of our members will help you.<ul><li>If they can't, they'll tell you to <a href="https://sasktel.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/18" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">raise a trouble ticket</a>.</li></ul></li></ol><p><br></p> </article> </main>
