If you've already ported in, you MUST complete a number port with the new provider FIRST! This process will secure your phone number and automatically cancel your Lüm membership.
If you haven't ported in your number or don't want to keep your number, you can cancel at any time but CANCEL WITH CAUTION - you will immediately lose access to your Lüm Mobile service, your myLüm account, phone number and any remaining data balance. If you want to join again in the future you will need to create a new account. If you've ported-in, we recommend talking with the other provider before cancelling your membership.
To cancel your order or account:
- Log into myLüm.
- Click on Buy & Manage.
- Click on the red text "Cancel Membership".
- Email us at support@lum.ca to let us know. We'll send the request for your refund amount that's identified in our terms of service.
