<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>If you've already ported in, you <strong>MUST</strong> complete a number port with the new provider <strong>FIRST</strong>! This process will secure your phone number and automatically cancel your Lüm membership. </p><p>If you haven't ported in your number or don't want to keep your number, you can cancel at any time but CANCEL WITH CAUTION - you will immediately lose access to your Lüm Mobile service, your myLüm account, phone number and any remaining data balance. If you want to join again in the future you will need to create a new account.
