<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>To record and turn on your extended absence greeting:</p><ol><li><a href="https://help.lum.ca/kb/articles/94" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Log into your voicemail.</a></li><li>Enter your voicemail PIN and press <strong>#</strong>.</li><li>Press: <strong>4 3 2</strong>.<ul><li>4 to administer account</li><li>3 for greetings</li><li>2 for extended absence greeting</li></ul></li><li>Record your new greeting and press <strong>#</strong>.</li><li>Press <strong>#</strong> to accept your greeting.</li><li>Press <strong>1</strong> to activate your extended absence greeting.</li><li>Press either:<ul><li><strong>1</strong> to allow callers to leave messages while you're away</li><li><strong>2</strong> to not allow callers to leave messages</li></ul></li><li>Hang up after you hear, "Your extended absence greeting is currently active."</li></ol><p> </p><p>To turn off your extended absence greeting:</p><ol><li>Dial <strong>*99</strong> (or tap Voicemail > Call Voicemail on iPhone).</li><li>Enter your voicemail PIN and press <strong>#</strong>.</li><li>Press <strong>2</strong> when you hear the message, "Your extended absence greeting is on. To keep this, press 1.
