I saw an old discussion from 2022 with the same question, but thought I'd ask again as there has been quite a bit of development.

Would be nice to get some more features with Lüm now that the cellphone market is more competitive than ever.

    I certainly hope so. I just switched to Lum and am feeling mislead after realizing they only support LTE / LTE-A. The wording on the website says things like "Powered by Canada’s largest network - You get the best speed all the time because we never throttle or slow down your data". More actually it would say that you are reduced to LTE / LTE-A speeds all the time.
