My plan was renewed today for 1 month.  I was previously on an annual renewal and I did not request a change.  I searched on your website and it shows that this option is still available.  Please review and correct or advise if I can no longer select annual. Thanks.

    Hi Lüm has changed their plan structure. You were likely sent emails regarding the change several months ago and had to make the change in your account prior to your old membership expiring.

    Regardless, you can see the new plans here:

    https://lum.ca/plans

    You can switch to the 1 year plan in your Lum account by going to Manager Sevices —> Membership. The 1 year membership will then take effect at the end of your current 1 month renewal.
