I received a pop up on my phone saying

SIM card changed

Restart your phone to begin using your new SIM card

  • Your new service provider's apps and settings will be added.
  • Some apps and services installed by your previous service provider will be deleted
  • Your personal data won't be affected

I'm worried this may be a sim swap scam ? I don't know what to do ?

I have found out this was a result of LUM pushing an update to the SIM. Working to get mobile data working but no concerns otherwise.

Its good that you are vigilant about Sim swap scams. Ensure that you have MFA enabled on your Lum account for added security and never share your account details with anyone.
