Your data never actually resets as long as you stay a member. So make sure you continue to renew your membership and your data will never expire.
Simply purchase more data once you run low. That's the benefit of staying with Lum, your data never expires or resets.

Just an extension of this question: Does international data also not expire? I got some US data for a recent trip and didn't use it all. It might be a few years until I'm back, is there any way it will expire?

As long as you continue to maintain your Lüm membership, you data (Canadian or International) will not expire.
