Where is my SIM

When I click the tracking button it says "If you ordered a SIM - hang tight! It takes a few hours to set up the tracking, so check back soon". However I signed up and ordered my SIM card 5 days ago? Is this normal? Also recieved an email email with a tracking number. When I use that tracking number with Canada post it says it is non existent and doesn't recognize that tracking number. Surely after 5 days there is some type of mistake.

Hi Aaron,
This is part of the SIM issue identified last week. We emailed you on Dec 31st to notify of the error. We're working with our warehouse to get them all sent by tomorrow.
