Port-in from VoIP Provider

Received my sim and want to activate it and port-in a number from my VoIP.ms account. The drop down of provviders does not allow me to specify "VoIP.ms" and there is no "Other" option.

How do I activate and start a port-in from "VoIP.ms"?

    Unfortunately only home phone and cell numbers can port into Canadian mobile carriers. If you’d like to discuss more, please make a ticket and we can talk!

    The number is an old SaskTel cell number. It will port-in. I just need a way to initiate the port.

    Your ticket submission is difficult to find. Has to be the help in the burger menu not help in the top banner... anyway finally found it. Ticket submitted.
