Scanned my card and it worked. Was picking phone number and I hit back by accident and want me to scan bar code again and now it is not available? What do I do?

    Hi there,

    It doesn't show your SIM card used on file. If you close the browser/app, can you go into myLum and click on SIM activation?

    Tried that and didn't scan again. Entered the sim activation number manually and it worked? Not sure if that is a bug or what but only let me scan barcode once. Thanks
