Problems with activating SIM card & having existing # ported from previous provider.

Have followed instructions about "porting" number away from previous provider. Twice I've received confirmation call back (text) from them that they are proceeding to transfer # to LUM (3:13 pm & 3:36 pm) . Emails from LUM immediately after both confirmations say a problem has occurred and to try again. Cannot see anything wrong with my submissions ???

It shows you're activated now. Anything you did differently to help others if they experience the same problem?
