Unable to activate YouMail call forwarding

I received my SIM today and successfully activated my account and ported my number. However, I am unable to activate Call Forwarding to my YouMail voicemail box.
The code YouMail tries to dial is *004*XXXXXXXXXX#, and I get "Error performing request: Unknown Error".
I have tried setting forwarding using *61* and *62* as well, and they both give errors.
Also, when I go to Settings --> Phone --> Call Forwarding on my iPhone, it just spins and never shows if it's on or not.
I have tried the following:
- Restarting my phone
- Turning off LTE, restarting, and trying again
- Disabling WiFi
- Dialing the codes manually
Any tips for getting this to work?

Not sure if something was done, but I just tried again and it worked successfully!

Nothing was changed on our end. Sometimes may take a bit for everything to get provisioned though. Glad it's working!
