I am trying to enter my mailing address properly when setting up my account but I can't. Your system is too rigid and I am concerned my SIM card won't get to me if I use the address I used to create my account. I was unable to put my box number and site number into the address field. Can someone from Lum contact me personally?

    Hi there,

    We use Canada Post's Address Complete. One way you can the way it's entered into their system is by using their "Find a postal code" on the Canada Post website.

    For example, if you use a rural route, you can enter your information and see all the options. Once you have it narrowed down, it will show you the correct values below the input field.
