I can’t receive incoming calls

I ported in my existing Sasktel phone number this afternoon. I can make outgoing calls but I can’t receive any incoming calls. The caller gets a message that this phone is not in service or is disconnected.

Any ideas? I have rebooted phone, toggled airplane mode, turned Wi-Fi off and on and removed and reinserted SIM card. Nothing helps.

I can send and receive text messages.

    My wife’s phone has the same issue. We can call and receive calls from each other and from our house phone but not from anyone else.
