Incoming callers are told my number is no longer in service

When I miss an incoming call, it is not being picked up by YouMail and the caller is told by automatic recording that my number is no longer in service. I uninstalled you mail and the same message is given to missed calls so it must be coming from LUM?

How do I get this fixed?

    Hi Greg,

It sounds like the mailbox number might have been updated by YouMail. It still shows your calls are being forwarded, so can you dial #004# and see if you can receive calls?

I uninstalled You Mail and reinstalled. Going through the verification process relinked everything and now all is well.

    Thanks for the assistance

How do you re-link/verify in YouMail? I am having this same problem.

My number and my wife's number are the same. We did the #004# and deactivated youmail and now just get busy signals when calling each other.
