Porting number from SaskTel not working

On Friday I tried porting my number from SaskTel 3 times, but never got a text from them or any sort of failure email. I also tried asking the help chat bot about it and it said it would open a ticket, but there are no open tickets on my account. Can someone help me get this working, please?
