You mail Sim missing message
I'm trying to set up Youmail and I keep getting a sim missing message. I've tried resetting my phone, and removing the sim card. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I downloaded a Sim reader app and it also shows no line number attached to my sim card. Could this be the issue?

Does calling work? That would tell us if your SIM is connected to your phone number.

In case this happens to anybody else, I was experiencing this same problem trying to set up YouMail the same day I activated my Lum SIM and I had ported my number over from SaskTel.
I was seeing "Unknown Number" if I went into my phone's settings --> About Phone --> SIM Status. Restarting my phone didn't seem to help.
I made a support ticket and they let me know that sometimes it takes a little while for provision ing to fully complete. Sure enough a few hours later (5 hours after porting/activation) I restarted my phone and the SIM information had my number and YouMail was happy!
You might just have to wait it out a little bit.
