It has recently been brought to my attention that when I reply to a group text message my reply is only seen by the individual who originated the message, not by the entire group. All their replies come to me as individual messages. Any information I can find is to make sure MMS Messaging is enabled on my phone. It is a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I cannot locate any such setting. This wasn't an issue before moving onto Lum network. Does Lum support group messaging?

    I'm not sure about your exact phone. But if you download google messages app, you should see the following options (see picture attached) for group messaging on Android.


    Secondly ensure that MMS is enabled in your settings, if such option exists.


    Lastly, ensure your APN is configured correctly for Lüm.

    Thank you very much for the tip. That is exactly what I already tried. Perhaps the age of my device and/or the messaging app I was using was an issue. As I mentioned in original post, I was unable to locate an actual option for MMS anywhere on the phone. New app works fine.
