What happens if you have more than 2 referrals?

    I talked with my Marketing team and received this information.

    • Maximum 2 referral discounts per membership
    • No carry over to next membership
    • Once you renew, your referral count goes back down to 0 and you can receive 2 more referral discounts again

    You can only get a maximum discount of $50 each renewal.

    So if you have 3 referrals, does 1 carry over to the next renewal? or is it lost?

    My interpretation is no because it is not outlined in the terms and conditions.

    is it a max 2 per lifetime of account? or could you earn 2 more once you're on a new membership renewal?

    From the wording, I believe you should be able to get a discount at each renewal.

    Existing customer can refer up to a maximum of 2 friends and receive two $25 discounts for a total savings of $50 off their next membership renewal.
