Compatibility and IMEI Number

Hey everyone,

I am considering going with Lum; however, my Pixel 6 has an IMEI that is 15 digits long as is 3577**********9/28 (15 digits + the "28"). Keep getting "this phone is not compatible".

I'm just wondering if this is true, if i am making a mistake, or if it is an inability in the system checker. I've tried entering only the first 14, 15, and all digits as well.

    Hi there,

    We have a few customers that have Pixel 6s. The compatibility checker just isn't as up to date as I want it to be.

    I can confirm. I've been using a Pixel 6 Pro since day one without any issues.
