Only able to call landlines, calls to cells out of Lum are dead air

Anyone else having this issue? Seems to only be calling cells that are not on the Lum network are affected. I am able to call landlines and VoIP lines without any issues.

    Checking into it now. Did it just start happening? I'm not seeing any other reports of people having this issue.

    Resetting your network settings and restarting your phone would be a good place to start for troubleshooting as well!

    Was able to nail it down to VoLTE enabled on my phone. We had been to the states and enabled it to use calling down there on our previous provider. Disabled that on my phone and am able to call all people again.

    I don't think that phone is on the compatible VoLTE list. It's probably best to keep VoLTE off for now if you're having issues.
