My Sim card isnt connecting with my phone and I don't want to lose out on money/services.

    Please provide more details. Are you porting in a number from your previous provider? Did you follow the activation instructions you received?

    No I chose a new number. I did yes but now it's saying my Sim card is not usable.

    Can you attach a screenshot of the message you are getting? also, is your phone unlocked to be used with any carrier?
