does Lum network typically block any traffic or ports?

I have activated a sim card 4g router and can access the internet but having issues with connecting a envisalink evl4 ip alarm system module to its central server. Unit needs to use ports 4021incoming and port 4022 outgoing to make a secure connection to the server in the cloud. I have tried every setting on the router to no avail including putting unit in the DMZ . Trying to eliminate the EDUP N9531 router as an issue. Thinking it might be something on the ISP side. Unit works fine when placed on a regular dsl landline.

Not all ports are open on mobile networks.

I just did a simple test on this website

and it looks like Port 4022 and 4021 are closed.

Thanks for the info but still need to determine why Lum would close 4021-4022 or what they use if for internally as its typically not a well known port for use and works plug and play with other internet providers as is. Gonna contact the manufacturer and see if they can use a different set of ports that aren't being blocked or used by a typical cell carrier.
