Call Failed

Anyone else have this problem????

I have one contact that I repeatedly get the ‘Call Failed’ message - like every time!

I’m using an iPhone 13 with software updates all applied.

I’ve tried all the usual: cold start, restart, toggle airplane mode, pulled the SIM ….. and Bupkis, nothing

funny thing is …. It’s my wives number - ha

can anyone help???

    Can you try to toggle VoLTE on and off or try keeping it off and see if that resolves the issue..?


    Also ensure the number is formatted correctly. I.e. try to delete the contact and manually dial the number with a +1 in the beginning.

    If you're still having issues, please raise a ticket in your Lüm account.

    Further to my issue, perhaps helpful to others, some of my contacts were copied over from a corporate enterprise system and some were manually entered. The manually entered ones did NOT have the ‘+’ in front of the ‘1’ and that was the one I was having problems with when I was roaming out of province.
