I want to switch my phone over to Lum but have 2 questions. First i am not 18 so is this even possible? Second, since my number is on my parents account and i know Sasktel has an incorrect imei how would i go about porting my phone number correctly?

    Lüm is a prepaid service so I believe age isn't an issue since you're not signing any contract. You do need a credit card to make any payments however.


    To port your service you generally need the account number and any pins associated with the account you're porting out of.


    So get that information and you should be able to port your number. Just don't insert the Lüm sim card in your phone until the number is ported over because you'll receive a text message on your SaskTel line to confirm the port request.
