Talk and text add-on billed multiple times
I am new to lum this week. I purchased Canada talk and text for my wife's phone. I looked at my credit card and it has been billed 3 times. How do I fix this

Found them! They were looking at August 17th and not the 19th. I'll reverse them right now and you should see them in a day or two.

Wondering if you have had time to go over the charges yet. If it was adjusted I haven't seen it on my card

Just had a talk with my finance team and they are only seeing one transaction in our payment gateway (Bambora) for this add-on. Can you reach out to your bank and ask if they see different transactions?
