Not receiving 2 Factor Authentication Text Messages
Has anyone experienced any issues receiving 2 factor authentication text messages once you upgraded or swapped your sim card to a new phone? I recently upgraded from a Huawei P20 Pro to a Samsung S22 Ultra and I can't see to get my 2 factor authentication text messages or forgot password text messages to my new or old phone when sim swapping between the two phones.
Text messages and phone calls seem to be working just fine.

After porting to a new carrier or updating your phone, there is often a delay of a few days for some short code providers to start routing properly. These short code providers do this as a security feature in case someone was able to copy your SIM card or port your number without you realizing it.
If the issue persists, let us know and we can investigate further.

I'm still not receiving short codes when prompted on my phone. I have a feeling it's related to the trouble ticket I have open regarding some callers getting a message "your number is not in service" when calling me. Also not getting text or able to send texts to some phone numbers.
