I gave someone my referral code to use and it didn’t work, so they used someone else’s code and I lost out on the $25 credit. No one has used my referral code yet, so it should work for 2 referrals.

    You need to ensure that you provided them with the correct referral code listed under the Refer & Earn section in your Lum account. Also, the other party needs to make sure they are entering it correctly with caps and without any leading or trailing spaces.
