Call not going through to another Lüm customer
Hi,
I just tried calling a family member and it didn’t go through, but she is able to call my cell with her cell and it works. We are both on the Lüm network. Another family member on a different network tried calling her and it wouldn’t go through either. We turned off VoLTE the other day when there was issues. Can we turn it back on?

Can you ensure the number is formatted correctly when you dial it. If you have the number saved in your phone contacts, try to delete it from there and dial it manually and see if that helps.

We have been Lüm customers since February and we have never had any issues with calls until last week..We turned off VoLTE as instructed. I was informed that this issue has been fixed, so I’m not sure why only my family member is having issues and not myself. I will troubleshoot further tomorrow.
