My Lum app quit displaying my remaining data on my dashboard. It says “no record found” when I try to view my usage. I logged out of app and logged back in, I rebooted my iPhone but no change. My wife’s app on her phone is working perfectly. Any suggestions?

Does reinstalling the app change anything?
