Data Balance on my Lum account

I regularly log into the Lum app to check on how much data I have left. Usually when I logged in it would be on the home page showing how much data I had left. Where can I find this information?

    Hi there,

    If you uninstall your app and then re-install it then you will be able to see your remaining data balance.

    Found the answer:

    I had to click on the Live Chat icon, and follow instructions to find out how much data I had left. Not simple like it use to be with the information on the home page.

    I tried the auto renew feature once but it did not renew and lead to having to open a ticket to resolve.

    You should still be able to see your remaining data in your dashboard.

    I am also unable to see my data balance on the dashboard page and cannot find it anywhere in the app. Is there a fix for this?
