Port to Sasktel, what happens to Lum account?

I need help with the following.

  1. I need to port out my Lum number to Sasktel.
  2. I need to then port a different number from a Sasktel account to the Lum account.

How will I go about doing this?

    Hi,

    You can just go to any SaskTel store and give them your Lüm phone/account number and they can port out the number for you. To make the process smooth for yourself you can enable bypass sms. In your Lüm account settings.


    To port the other number to Lüm you'll need to order a new sim card and will need to provide your SaskTel account info/phone number to activate that number on Lüm.

    When I get a new sim card and import the new SaskTel phone number can I transfer my existing account with a year membership and data to the new sim card?

    We can credit you the remaining membership cost you have left, and update your data to be the same as your old account. Just email us at support@lum.ca once you've completed it.
