Unable to send or receive phone calls
Hi I ported my phone from bell and it says number successfully ported but I am unable to call or receive calls how long will this take it’s been a few hours.

Hello there,
Did you go through the SIM activation step after porting the number? If yes, then if you can see "next" option in the SIM activation page, please click it. And then you can activate your SIM card. This can be one of the issues that has been causing the problem.
Please let us know if that was the problem and the above mentioned fix resolved it. Otherwise, please raise a trouble ticket from either the website or the Lum mobile app.

That menu only had track your sim after all the steps but just waiting a bit longer it seemed to change to activate SIM card and was able to do so and now I can call. Thanks
