Unable to call and receive calls

I have activated my lum sim but I have been unable to call and receive calls and put on my data to use. I tried putting it on airplane mode and even restarting the phone but it didn't work

    Does your Lüm account show as active? Did you port a number? What does your phone say when you insert your sim card?

    When I insert my sim card into my phone, it shows 302780 as the network name. But my sim is active
