Can’t open a trouble ticket

I tried to submit a trouble ticket but the submit button is not available. My billing renewal did not work. There are no trouble tickets listed. My data has disappeared.

In your Lüm app.
- Click 'Help.'
- Click 'Raise a Ticket'
- Then don't leave anything blank. Select an option from all the drop-down menus and type something into the text boxes that is relevant to your issue.
- See attached picture for example.

I was using the website which has a sub category that you can’t put anything in.

Things work fine in the iphone app.
The iPad app does not list my trouble tickets and I can’t enter a new trouble ticket. I think it is looking for a subcategory.

I deleted the iPad app and reinstalled it. It now works fine.
