I renewed my membership and got charged, however in my app it shows as outstanding bill and my phone doesn’t seem to have data.

Hi, the Lum app doesn't really have a place to show outstanding bills. Can you please clarify where you are seeing this?
If your membership renewed, there shouldn't be any interruptions to your service.
Are you able to make calls and texts still?
also, do you have any data left in your account? please verify that.
