Can't receive any incoming calls.

in Community Help

Texting is fine, outgoing calls work, anyone who calls me gets an out of service message.

How do I fix this?

Please help.

    Hi,

    Do you have VoLTE turned on by any chance? if so, try turning it off. Otherwise, raise a ticket in your Lum account.
