Received confirmation text from old provider for porting my old number three hours ago.

I have replied to my previous provider's text message about porting my number to Lum, and have received the text from them stating that they are proceeding with the number transfer. That was over three hours ago, and I'm still on the Step 9 page page hitting Refresh every 10 minutes or so. Should it take this long after already texting the verification message from my previous provider that they are going forward with the number transfer?

    It has now been 5 hours since my former provider sent me a confirmation text from my former provider. Still stuck refreshing the Step 9 page on the app waiting for the number port to go through.
