Why are my text records not showing up in usage within the app?

I am seeing data used, phone usage but not text records within the app.

    Hello there,

    We have a known issue with performance on the Usage History Page. If you are finding that the chart is not populating, refresh the screen - pull down in the app or use the refresh button on the right hand side of the page and check again if the chart is populating.

    We are working on this issue and we are developing plans to improve the overall usage history capabilities.
