Not able to send or receive texts after membership renewal
My renewal was processed last night, but I'm not able to send or receive texts or phone calls. According to myLum, I have more than enough data available. I've rebooted the phone but still no luck. Any ideas what's going on?

We identified that users whose memberships renewed, were not having the expiration date extended in our system and we have validated it and it shouldn't happen with anyone from now on as we are constantly monitoring it. We hope this information helps. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Yesterday, I added 3GB of US data to my plan and now today I can only receive text messages. Unable to send texts. frustrating.

I had the issue on January 10, 2024 and my wife just had it today. Get charged for the renewal then spend a day without service while they try and figure out why.
I would say their constant monitoring of it from April of 2023 has fallen off.
