Stuck at step 9.

Still pending. Replied YES to a message

Sim says not working now for my bell sim.

Emergency calls only.


Am I safe to put my LUM sim in now?

I haven't been promted to put it in yet.

Says to wait for a msg from old provider.

I have don't that though, so why am I Stuck waiting still?

    Yes it has! The request went through at 7am after being fixed by our porting team.
