Cannot receive calls from SOME people

Hi.


For some reason, some people can call me, others cannot. If they cannot, they get the response "The wireless number you are trying to call is not available please try again later.". My data is fine, my plan is still in effect, any ideas?

    Can you ensure you don't have their number blocked. The other party needs to ensure they're dialing your number correctly. If they have it saved in their contacts, they can try removing you as a contact and dialing the number directly. Also try adding +1 to the beginning of the number to see if that works.


    If none of these solve the issue. Raise a ticket in your lüm account.

    I tried those, nothing seems to work. I shot them a ticket though, hopefully they can figure it out!
