Sim card still not trackable

Set my mom up to be on Lum last night and was given a tracking number for the Sim, but neither the Lum App or Canada Post show anything coming. We are coming up to 24 hours since the order was placed and nothing. Where is it at?

    The tracking number will update when Canada Post first picks it up and scans it in their system. Sometimes it can take a while before that happens.


    Just give it time. Surely, the sim is on its way.
