Cellular data not working and Lum isn’t responding

I cannot make calls or text using my cellular data. I have 13 gbs left so lack of data is not the issue. My membership renewal date is today and I got confirmation of renewal but maybe something didn’t work right in the automatic renewal.

    Hi, raise a ticket in your Lum account. Someone should look into it asap.
