We're trying to renew our memberships and add travel data, but both my wife and mine payments fail. Any way we can get payments processed?

    We purchased US travel data. However the data we purchased has not shown up on our accounts yet. Any way to push this through?

    All payment was pushed, and the data amounts that you attempted to buy were reversed back to your card. Your bank should process them in the next couple of business days.
