Is Lum this bad at everything?

I signed up for Lum last Wednesday evening. I did so partly because delivery of the new Sim was supposed to take only one business day. Here it is now a week later and I still haven't received the Sim even though tracking in the app says I did yesterday and Canada post tracking, which yesterday said I'd get it by end of day, now says it won't be until end of day tomorrow.

    We're sorry about the Canada Post delays. Unfortunately we can't control any delivery issues that may occur on their end. Hopefully they're able to deliver it soon!
