after filling out all my info it says my bill is $500 and change. Is that all billed in my credit card at once or is it billed monthly

Hello! It's billed in your credit card all at once. There's no monthly bill.

so how can it say when you do calculating it say cost you $34 per month. That is a form of false advertising. it should say your bill is $500 or what ever but if you break it up monthly it works out $34 or what ever it comes out to

Apologies for the confusion, but as it says on the website, the pricing calculator is there to see what Lum will cost you so you can compare it to what you pay today. If you pay $500 today and divide $500 by 12 months, it would be like $41.6 per month which you can compare to your current plan.
