I was charged twice for my membership renewal

    Sometimes credit card payments can appear twice until they're fully settled. If that's where you're seeing double payment, I'd give it a few days for payment to settle. If you still have issues, then raise a ticket.

    Can you double check to make sure this wasn't a charge for each of your accounts? Your main account renewed Aug 19 and the other account renewed today. If not, let us know and we will check with our finance team!
