I paid for another sim card for my account, was charged and never received it. What to do?
I thought I had lost my phone but still had data and a I membership. I then found it. I never ever got the card in the mail. Who the hell do I talk to about this??? They have no customer service. I thought it's not a biggy to have another card for a backup and it's only 10 bucks but that was months ago and nothing yet. WTF!
